This is in the case that you have only one optical drive which is a minimum of a CD Writer and you want to make a copy of a CD.

1. Insert original CD in the drive
2. In the CD Drive dialog box, click CANCEL
3. On the desktop, double-click on MY COMPUTER
4. Right-click on the CD drive and select OPEN
5. Go to EDIT > SELECT ALL > EDIT > COPY
6. PASTE to a temporary folder
7. Select all the files, right-click on them and select SEND TO > DIRECTCD

1. Insert original CD in the drive
2. Open Easy CD Creator
3. From the dialog box, select CD COPIER
4. Read the copyright notice and click on OK
5. Select the SOURCE AND DESTINATION tab
6. Verify that both COPY FROM and RECORD are the same drives
7. Select the ADVANCED tab
8. Check that COPY SOURCE CD TO HARD DRIVE FIRST is selected
9. Click on COPY and wait for the CHECK MEDIA dialog box to appear
10. Insert your blank disk into the drive
11. With the disc in the drive, click on RETRY
12. In the Record CD Process dialog box, click on OK
13. Eject your disc and close the Easy CD Creator software
