Lazy stats: Yootheme / Gavick Pro / Rocket Theme Comparison

So this is a comparison chart (at least in my opinion) of 3 major joomla template/extension providers.  When I'm less caught up in work I'll try adding to this article.  But here's some lazy stats:

  Opinion
YooTheme Nice graphics and nice templates but there's something bland and missing. The YooTools are interesting but as with a lot of showroom demo sites, "the picture that came with the picture frame you bought can often be nicer than the picture you put in". i.e. it's a showroom and you've got to complement the template with your own visuals. Had no trouble with their quickstart installations (site and template and tools)
Gavick Pro Gavick.com itself is a nice site with everything working as it should. It's templates are ok but it's its extensions for which I signed up for. As well as helping another subscriber. There were issues with some modules but the forum is frequently administered and the response was quick. Though the problem was not resolved.
RocketTheme Great graphics and their templates come across as commercial flashy sites. Their own website is glossy and dynamic. Very nice! Installing everything can cause a mess but otherwise nice solid and robust code.
